Leslie Alfred Brame was born 26 October 1914; married 7 June 1941 to Elizabeth (Judy) Gladys Worthington (born 6 November 1910) of the Soeciety for the Propagation of the Gospel mission. They were married 7 June 1941. Leslie Brame was accepted for ministry training in 1934 and studied at Fitzwilliam Hall, Cambridge University and Cheshunt College.
