Summary: Temple rubbing from South East Asia, early 1960s MEDIUM ink rubbing on paper DIMENSIONS 50 x 70 cm ACQUISITION Gift from Chris Trevor REFERENCE LDSAC 2022.6.33 The practice of creating rubbings from bas relief architecture in South East Asia was popular before being outlawed in the late 1960s.
