Summary: 'Morning Mists, Korea', Elizabeth Keith, Korea, 1922 MEDIUM Colour woodblock print DIMENSIONS 46 x 57 cm ACQUISITION Gift from the artist REFERENCE LDSAC 2022.5.5 Elizabeth Keith was born in Scotland and was a self-taught artist. She travelled to China, Korea and the Philippines, painting watercolours. She later worked with Japanese print publisher Watanabe Shozaburo, founder of the shin hanga (new prints) movement who turned her paintings into woodblock prints using established Japanese techniques.
