Scotch in Scarborough formed a Presbyterian Society, hired a place for worship, will give him a salary. Discusses how circumstances have turned out to be different from those depicted in Mr Robley's report on Tobago. 4 ministers have already abandoned the island. Cost of mission to Moravians. Mr Hamilton's plans to keep costs down frustrated by Mr Robley. Obeying instructions re slavery. His lack of education. Both Wesleyans and Moravians left Tobago on account of expense - discusses prices of commodities. Living in house hired for worship. 1 joe = £1.13 sterling. Has met a Wesleyan from St. Vincent - notes the support given to the minister there.
